COMPLIANCY DISCLOSURE STATEMENT

Maximus Productions, Inc. and any of it's subsidiaries are compliant with Title 18 US Code Section 2257. We, Maximus Productions, Inc. have obtained and examined identification documents containing the performer's name and date of birth, as well as inquired of any alias names the performer may be known by, and inquired into any and all other information pertinent to all performers depicted in any images we produce in compliance with Title 18 US code section 2257. All models, actors, actresses and other persons appearing in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexual conduct appearing or otherwise contained in or at any website owned and operated by Maximus Productions, Inc. were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time of the creation of such depictions.
